I have an Associate's Degree in Applied Science for Networking Technology from Wake Technical Community College. For 13 years, I was the installation manager for a software company, where I developed and implemented installation procedures for many different kinds of hardware and software across the US and Canada. I specialize in rolling out new hardware and software, including telephone systems, networks, printers, remote access, etc. I can also provide detailed, customized documentation, tailored to your unique environment. Once the new product is installed, I can provide training as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance.
Doing a neat job is very important to me. First, it is my signature, and it shows that I care. Second, it is much easier to troubleshoot any problems that may arise when the work is neat. My construction skills come in handy as I make sure that any hardware that can be wall-mounted or rack-mounted is - that way it is less likely to be kicked, tampered with, or have a drink spilled on it.
